International water Day

Keeping in mind the theme of International Water Day, “Leaving no one behind,” St Aloysius PU and Degree College students gave water awareness to the surrounding villages through the street play. The main purpose was to make people aware, the scarcity of water in the district. The students explained the villagers the problems likely to affect agriculture in coming years from the ‘over exploitation’ of groundwater resulting in severe depletion of the water table.
